  1. e-SBTR print is free of charge.
  2. Simple Receipt is valid for compulsorily registerable documents only and e-SBTR is applicable for both optionally as well as compulsorily registerable documents.
  3. For Online payments your Net Banking daily transaction amount limit is to be ensured. You may get the same enhanced as per your requirement, with prior submission of request at your home branch.
  4. After payment "Receipt of online payment to get e-SBTR" to be presented at the selected Union Bank of India branch for obtaining e-SBTR.
  5. Multiple transactions for single duty payment are not allowed.
  6. Minimum value of transaction for e-SBTR should be Rs.100/-
  7. Copy of the identity proof, as mentioned during data input, must be produced at the Branch for collecting e-SBTR.
  8. No modification in the input data is possible once the payment of stamp duty is made.
