Printed Password will be sent to you through courier. Charges applicable.

4: Online Request of Password(s) - Corporate users:
Printed Password will be sent to you through courier. Charges applicable.

  Non-usage of Net Banking for more than 360 days:
Your password gets expired & user id gets disabled, if you do not use internet banking services for more than 360 days. Use option 3 (Retail users) or 4 (Corporate users) for requesting Password(s).

Type URET ENA [UserId] and send to 09223008485.

Type URET DIS [UserId] and send to 09223008485.

NOTE: SMS to be sent from the registered mobile number linked to the User Id.

6: SMS to Enable/Disable Login Password - Corporate users:
Type UCORP ENA [CorpId] [UserId] and send to 09223008485.
Example: UCORP ENA UBI USR123

Type UCORP DIS [CorpId] [UserId] and send to 09223008485.
Example: UCORP DIS UBI USR123

8: Charges for Printed Password:
Following charges will be applicable as per Bank's rule for printing & despatching Password(s).
Retail : Forgot Password [Despatch printed Password(s)] : Rs.180.00
Corporate : Forgot Password [Despatch printed Password(s)] : Rs.250.00
