Non-usage of Net Banking for more than 360 days:
Your password gets expired & user id gets disabled, if you do not use internet banking services for more than 360 days.
Use option 3 (Retail users) or 4 (Corporate users) for requesting Password(s).

Charges for Printed Password: Following charges will be applicable as per Bank's rule for printing & despatching Password(s).
Retail : Forgot Password [Despatch printed Password(s)] : Rs.180.00 plus GST
Corporate : Forgot Password [Despatch printed Password(s)] : Rs.250.00 plus GST
